At what point is our booking confirmed?

A.

Once you decide to use our service, we would kindly ask you to drop by at one of our outlets where we will ask you for some detailed information about the event such as Date, time and venue along with your personal details. You will then be asked to pay a minimal deposit. This deposit will not only confirm your booking but will also freeze prices as they are till the day of the event. Only a change in VAT can alter prices permanently.

What if prices decrease from the time of booking?

If prices decrease, we will amend the old prices to the new decreased ones.

Can a specific date and time be chosen?

A.

Our procedure is quite straight forward; 3 weeks prior to the event we will contact you to set up a short meeting. This meeting will consist of reviewing the entire quote especially if number of guests has been altered since the booking was confirmed, choosing the wine and setting up a specific date and time for the delivery to the reception venue.

When and how do we pay?

Payment can be made either by cash or by bank draft, prior to the delivery.

Are there any hidden charges?

A.

No, at every step of the way we will advice you on certain charges that might be incurred.

If we have unused bottles after the event can they be returned?

A.

Yes we accept all bottles which have not been corked or chilled. A cash refund for the total amount will then be issued.
